Thanksgiving Stains 101: A Laundromat's Guide to Keeping Linens Pristine
To tackle Thanksgiving stains, blot cranberry sauce and pre-soak in cold saltwater. Remove excess gravy and apply detergent. Dab red wine stains with white wine or club soda. Scrape off pumpkin pie and pre-treat with vinegar and detergent. Sprinkle cornstarch on butter stains. Blot coffee and rinse with cold water. Keep a stain removal kit handy. For tough stains, use a laundromat.
