Tip 1: Sort and Bag Special Requests
We have an effective method for getting you laundry clean but understand that sometimes some things need a little more attention. If you have items that require specialized laundry care (e.g., delicate items, specific wash temperatures, extra washes), please sort and bag them separately from the regular wash and fold.
- Delicates: Place all delicate items like lingerie, silk, and wool in a separate bag and clearly label it "Delicates."
- High Temperatures: If you need items washed in hot water (like towels or heavily soiled clothes), place them in a separate bag and label it "Hot Wash."
- Cold Water Only: Similarly, if you have items that require cold water washing, place them in a separate bag and label it "Cold Wash."
- Extra Wash: If any items need an extra wash cycle, place them in a separate bag and label it "Extra Wash."
Tip 2: Communicate Clearly Online
When placing your order online, please specify any special requests in the notes section.
