How It Works
- Sign up and schedule an order online. Choose a driver pick-up date and a driver drop-off date that works for you.
- Prepare your order by placing your items in bags. Please separately bag any items you want placed on hangers and provide hangers.
- Our driver will pick up your items and take them to our laundromat where our attendants will wash, dry, and fold everything. Then they will stack and pack everything when all is done.
- Once your order is ready to return, our driver will notify you via email or text when it’s on its way and again when it’s dropped off.
Your Clothes, Your Choice
We understand that it’s your clothes and that you want it to feel and smell the way you want. When you schedule online, choose from a variety of detergents, softeners, and dryer sheets and we will clean your items the way you like.
Special Preferences
If you have laundry preferences, such as using your personally supplied laundry products or something else, just let us know when placing your order. Throughout the ordering process, you’ll see notes fields. Input your notes on how you want your laundry done and we will honor them to the best of our ability.
Hangers
If you want us to place any items on hangers, we will be happy to oblige. Please let us know when scheduling, provide enough hangers, and bag those items separately when preparing your laundry for pick up.
